I live in the Cd'A area, and I recently drove past the new condos being built by Hagadone (the terraces) and they are absolutely magnificent!!! I can only imagine what sort of views they have (and how much they'll cost).

To me, the Riverstone project is one of the most exciting. It has so much potential, especially with the the proposed trolley. I have heard a lot of rumors about what sort of shops will be in it (I have heard that Abercrombie&Fitch or Hollister, Barnes and Noble, Azteca, Red Robin could be amongst the new shops in that development. I have also heard that a water taxi could link Riverstone and d/t (which would be totally totally awesome). It could be even cooler if such a water taxi could also link the Post Falls landing as well.

And another interesting project in the KC is the area in Post Falls where the new Cabela's will be. I have heard that there could be a Super Target, a Lowes or Home Depot. Has anyone heard anything on this or any other of the projects?
