That's really the Ontario Hydro Building ... they made PMH keep the facade. The big concrete building next to it is Mount Sinai and after that, the shorter yellow brick one is the Toronto Rehabilitation Hospital, which used to be Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Across from them is Toronto General, with multiple buildings, and Sick Kids, with its own big campus, and in behind those is Women's College Hospital. The other downtown hospitals are St. Mike's, which is huge, and the Toronto Western. There used to also be the Wellesley and the Doctors Hospital but those are gone now.
