^That is awesome news! $35 million doesn't sound too high, A building sitting empty that long will need a full gutting, new roof and new everything else. I'd also bet the terra-cotta facade needs major work too. Plus with artist studios, I imagine it needs to be fully sprinkled upon renovation as well.
