Definitely a big fan of this design. I hope it comes to fruition fairly close to what is rendered. Gensler has done some pretty nice projects. Absent excessive value engineering, there is reason to believe this will turn out well. Still hoping that Morgan Lewis's current building is repurposed as residential.
