I am rounding to one decimal place for all numbers (I'm not rounding to the nearest whole number anywhere). That's just the way Excel formats it if you have "x.0". I'm sure there's a way to change it, but I'm not very proficient with Excel.

This was a lot of work. I hope someone finds it useful or interesting.

I just noticed that I forgot the full metro area name on a couple places. For example "Seattle" should be "Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue". Oh well. Not gonna fix it now. They are MSAs across the board for the USA.
