At one time, I had heard of a plan for a new federal courthouse on the parking lot in the center of the photo, but I have not seen anything on it recently.
Elizabeth Avenue, CPCC, Presbyterian Hospital area, to be served by the proposed streetcar line.
Fourth Ward park:
I hope this brick building never gets torn down, I love it too much. Ok, maybe for a 70+ floor tower.
