When I was younger I saw a traveling exhibition at the Cleveland Museum of Art entitled: "The treasures of UR: The treasure of the royal tombs at Ur"

The pieces were from U Penn/British Museum in London... the best exhibition I have seen ever, and I ALWAYS wanted to know what it looked like. Now I do, thank you.
This was my favorite piece from the collection:

As an archeology buff I am drooling at those pictures of the remaining bricks with cuneiform... sticky fingers. I know in some cases such as major temples, kings would have inscriptions stamped on EVERY brick used in construction... one such inscription is: "Ur-Nammu, king of Ur, who built the temple of Nanna" was stamped on ever brick used in Ziggurat of Ur which Saddam Hussein copied by using this inscription on many buildings and monuments built during the Bathist regime: "This was built by Saddam Hussein, son of Nebuchadnezzar, to glorify Iraq"
Thanks for bringing us these photos.
