Hi, I'm From Billings and I got some news!!! There is a proposal for TWO high-rises
One is called the "One Big Sky Center" (I don't know how tall or how many floors it has but it will eclipse the current tallest in Montana...First Interstate Center built in 1985!!!) and the other looks like a 12 story apartment building!!!! The story can be found here at:
