The stills from "Liberty" are said to have been shot at the
Western Costume Co. 935 S Broadway. I was remiss in not mentioning previous discussion here:

This caused me to happen upon one of the numerous shots from the
Chamber of Commerce Building. This one features mostly-silent screen actress, Dorothy Dwan. She had some 40 films to her credit, including a few brushes with Messrs Laurel and Hardy.
