S&W Bone and Joint Institute breaks ground

While the Bone and Joint Institute has provided expert care to patients for decades, that care will soon be enhanced and expanded with the construction of a new, stand-alone building on the Temple campus, which will combine all of the orthopedic resources and specialties in one location.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on May 10 on the Temple campus. Scott & White officials and community leaders were on hand to celebrate the construction of the newest Scott & White facility.

In our new state-of-the-art facility, complete medical, surgical and rehabilitative care will be coordinated and delivered in one location by experts who diagnose and treat disease and injury of the muscles, bones, joints, ligaments and tendons that help our bodies move. Medical and surgical specialists include physiatrists, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, radiologists, orthopedic surgeons and plastic surgeons.
