Skylights in bathrooms.

In mine and most of the surrounding neighborhoods (NW Philly), a lot of the housing stock has a skylight in the upstairs bathroom. Mostly 2 or 3 story rowhouses that were originally built as 2 or 3 BR and 1 bath homes though a lot of them have been converted or renovated so have had more bathrooms added, but like 80% of the apartments/homes in these neighborhoods that I've lived in or just been inside of have the skylight. It's a small thing but it just creates such a nicer atmosphere when you don't have to do your business in the mornings by artificial light lol
