^^ I'll grant you... it isn't the greatest design but there will be a few changes in the design if chosen. But the "kicker" for this one is the fact it's 900'+! And in Minneapolis and other Midwest cities (except Chicago), these cities have been so height challenged and development starved for 20 years.... A tall building is needed... not more uninspired Mid-rise Crap! IMO!
