Seriously, though, Tobin St is a remarkably poor example. If you look at what's there, whatever Victorian architecture it may have once had is pretty much gone, and seems to have largely been gone since the 1960s or so judging from what's there now
except for this lovely old place , which is the kind of structure we should be fighting to save.
