coney would be a good idea, but rather than these cheeseball cheap looking new build casinos there should be a grand one in a more stately setting. i was thinking like the underused municipal building, but probably any older building could do. if it must be that this is coming then just hoping for a little more monaco to counteract the vegas/ac style queso.
