they did clean up the masonry as well, but yea, clearly done on a bit of a budget. I don't hate it and it's certainly a large improvement over before. I'll have to check it out one day this week and get a closer look in person first to really issue judgement though.

Pretty sure I remember seeing them replace the windows though so I do believe they are new windows.
