There's a Victorian apartment building at 5240-5244 Harvey which would be torn down as part of this. It's pretty chopped up after decades of poor renovations, and it wouldn't be a huge loss, but it retains some very nice detailing and I don't love the thought of losing it. And this midrise itself looks pretty bland.
Still, probably still an acceptable tradeoff, given the shot of density and the spruce-up for the Stairs House.
