I don't understand the NW corner? Why not use QEII for the west portion of the ring road? Most of Red Deer is east of QEII.
And Hwy 11A is already planned to cross the Red Deer River, and head south, I believe all the way to 595 or maybe further south to connect up to QEII.

In the NW I was thinking about future development west of red deer, as for Highway 11A I wasn't aware of the development what was going on
