In the first picture, you
just might be able to see above where the Throg's Neck Bridge (farthest out) four chimneys.
Those are the 600' Northport (LI) Power Station stacks located less than 10 miles north-by-northeast of where I live. That makes it -/+ 25 miles from where the photo was taken, route and driving conditions considered...
But yes; This is a wonderfully simple elegant tower with a unique fenestration scheme. Shame that it'll block ESB in certain Queens perspectives; but
anything to stick it to a NIMBY.
