Not to sound unappreciative of our current proposals, because I like them, but what is it about this seemingly unattainable 300ft. barrier that appears so hard to crack in this city? Is the demand just not there? Is it the NIMBYs? Lack of commitment from developers? We have one building and it cheats with it's spire.
It would just be nice to see a project (or two
) that has some height to it.
