I believe the ebay description is incorrect....it's actually a set for 'Gentleman Gene'. [see below]

The description of the picture being from the set of The Eagle is likely correct. Boxer "Gentleman" Gene Delmont is Rudolph's sparring partner in the second picture. He had his final fight in 1925, the year these pictures were taken, at the Hollywood Legion Stadium. He went on to have parts, mostly uncredited, in a number of films over the years. Here he is, second from right, with Bing Crosby on the set of A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court in 1949.
