I’m curious if in 15 years or sooner 5th ave to Broadway/ Times Square would be rezoned similar to midtown east. Perhaps that’s the reasoning for this cosmetic upgrade instead of a new structure. Waging that increased FAR on that plot will yield a taller tower down the road.
Does anyone know or have access to a map of Manhattan that shows FAR?
