And the other big downtown redevelopment area on the SW fringe is the Gray's Station development, which has the Linc Apartments project well underway, along with about 40-50 new rowhomes. This is also a former Brownfields area being reclaimed. A new pedestrian bridge was recently opened, providing access from downtown to the City's most active park called Gray's Lake Park.
