The owner of the former St. Christopher's School property, John Chun of Scarlett Homes, has advised that a rezoning application for 17 single family homes might be submitted to the City as early as September 2012. The owner has met with the Niagara Escarpment Commission representatives and the City's Planning staff to develop draft plans for the site. I will mail a copy of the plan to the neighbourhood once it's been officially submitted to the City for comment.
