Mind numbing decision making. One of the city's biggest transit deserts with perfect ROW ready to be integrated.

Also forget the stupidity of ruining transit opportunities, this is just not the High Line. The High Line works because it is an urban tourist attraction. This cuts through residential neighborhoods, I really can't even see it being that big of a success.
