Second multifamily building to soon open at City Modern development in Brush Park

Bedrock Detroit, developer of the project’s multifamily buildings, has begun pre-leasing for The Flats at 2660 John R. When finished in April this year, it will be the second multifamily building to open at the 8.4-acre residential development that’s transforming the near downtown neighborhood.

2660 John R will have 35 apartments compromised of a variety of unit types and floor plans.

Studios: 494 to 553 square feet, renting for $1,400 per month

One bedroom: 556 to 835 square feet, renting for $1,610 to $1,835 per month

Two bedroom: 885 to 1,137 square feet, renting for $2,310 to $2,885 per month
