SEPTA can adjust train schedules and work with the Sixers on some sort of revenue sharing. Or maybe the Sixers build a garage off Vine Street, offering ticket holders discounted parking (this as a means to keep cars from driving through Chinatown). There's tons of creative ideas out there that can help mitigate Chinatown's concerns. They just need to get their heads out of their ass and start talking instead of just saying no.
