I have now doubled the city in size, Royal City, California has 10 million people living in the city itself, there are 36 million in the metropolitan area
The buildings in the background are the Island Resort, with 500,000 people. The buildings in the foreground are the Mainland, with 300,000 people.
The Island Resort is currently not allowing anyone from the mainland to cross the bridge.
I Don't know why though, maybe it's because they both claim they have the world's tallest building?
