Awesome! The design is slick--there's nothing like it in Sacramento. I love that it's planned to be on J Street, too, which to me has always felt like Sacramento's most urban boulevard. Capitol Mall has towers grouped more closely together, but it's not a through-route and the wide, grassy mall in the middle kind of robs it of 'big city' energy IMO, whereas J Street bustles with lots of through-traffic. Hopefully someday J Street will be a true urban canyon, and this proposal is a good effort in that direction. Anyway, the site is currently lowrise and not historical, so nothing is being lost. Do it!
