The last thing black South Africans need right now is to be working under their white former colonial masters. The best thing would be for black South Africans to get the land they deserve and return to subsistence farming so they can develop uniquely African methods of farming that minimizes external (European) practices as much as possible so that they may spread this knowledge to the rest of southern Africa. Then, once they are economically and ecologically sustainable, they should pursue more advanced methods of farming.
