I got a look from the Parkway heading into the city and from right about the Franklin Inst. The granary looks large in width (actually visually impressive) but not in height. These types of projects will really start to change the dynamic of this nabe. Also Vetri opening a pizza place on the ground floor of the Granary - seems promising
