You are right, sir .. sort of. I stopped the measurement at the wrong street. A quick remeasure (Slightly above 2nd to Beale), is 1,442.73 ft (439.74 m). Transamerica's highest floors is (according to wikipeida) 695 feet, but the roof is 853 feet. I guess that means the building would fit if you cut off the tip.
