There could very well be a third building of 600-700+ feet going up a block and a half away on the NW corner of 28th/Broadway. Pretty decent size lot. Row of 1 story retail stores/building is already down and so is a nice size parking garage behind it. Good size lot.
Anyone hear of anything going up at this site?
