No kidding and I hopes he does or just sells Angel's to someone that cares about the neighborhood. It's no secret he's not wanted in Roosevelt Row and is against any proposed change for the greater good of the community. Roosevelt BID? Runs off and gets a Legislator from freakin' Gilbert to create special legislation to kill it. The Derby? Runs off and gets Goldwater to file a lawsuit on his behalf.
