As you suggest I don't think it'll be as prominent even 1-2 years after it's done with other projects like the post office tower.
It's a beautiful architectural marvel compared to Queen Square in my opinion. I'd say it's far beyond what most would have expected for Dartmouth just a few years ago (including the old Maristella renderings which weren't great).
