Per CBS NY news, submissions for the new tower are due 9/20/2019.
On a side note, if they are looking for residential, and use 1.3 mil-sq ft of it, this will have quite a ton of units in it, even if 900 ft. Hopefully though we get something bigger, but residential @ that square footage, I'd still take it. Tons of units could be added.
