^This future view of midtown looks great! Few people could have predicted that 432 Park Avenue's reign in this neighborhood would be so short-lived, despite being tall enough to dwarf the ESB. It's already #4 in midtown. After both Chase and Tower Fifth are finished, it will be #6.
