The parking lots and traffic on Weed Street will be a disaster. It already is a nightmare getting around up there.
Also nice to know you will be able to shop at Baby Gap and then walk a few hundred yards to a strip club lol.
More importantly, I hope Mud Bug won't be torn down. Place is a dump, but it is fun to go there during the Triple Crown.
