So in order for an infinitely-tall building to be approved by CTBUH, a population of ≥infinity/2 would be required (i.e. ≥the total number of even integers).

You would then have to convince this population to occupy the building, so hopefully its in a good neighborhood.. you might want to invest in some local parks. If you can convince some artisanal bakeries and high-end coffee shops to move nearby, they will help to attract the young liberal-arts grads, who are basically the foundation of society (they themselves said so).

I heard the UN is moving its HQ there. The eiffel tower is moving there soon as well. Elon Musk even decided he didnt want to go to mars anymore after visiting.
