I would expect this to be approved by city without any issues. Regardless of the few nimbys who may complain. It meets all the desires of the "London Plan".
Not sure this developer has any high rise experience thou. Kind of like York in that sense in they appear to be expanding out from retail plaza projects. |
Tricar's proposal met the plan as well and look at the field of weeds that still sits there.
