Also, caught a very brief glimpse of some renderings of what appeared to be a ~4-tower complex along the riverfront (perhaps it was the Greyhound site?) Anyways, the buildings looked to vary in height from about 10 floors to 30 or so.

Genco - I haven't actually been by the site since I came home, but I heard it is fenced off now, and pretty much ready to go. Maybe someone could confirm this. I don't know much about the Southland towers. Castello definitely looks like it is under construction - this would be consistent with Homberg-Centron, who started Churchill Estates on spec as well.
That four tower complex you speak of is almost certainly the greyhound project. I hear they will peobably launch as soon as Eau Claire Market announces their redevelopment plans, which will also include a couple of towers.
