I was looking for updates on this one, and did find
this unfortunate item from Jan 2016, but does anyone know of any further, um, developments?
edit: not much more, but
this from Apr 2016 says "The project was sued by local activists in January, likely delaying groundbreaking" and "If it prevails in the lawsuit, Hearst and Forest City are planning phased construction over 10 years on the site"
