The Marriott Courtyard downtown, listed in the link above, is under construction. It may even be finished by now. They're also building a huge medical center on the east side of El Paso near Fort Bliss for the base. It's under construction now. This thing started construction in 2013 and is behind schedule. It isn't expected to be complete until 2019.

Fort Bliss hospital behind schedule, $22M over budget

Vic Kolenc, El Paso Times Published 6:55 p.m. MT Oct. 21, 2016

Construction of the massive, new William Beaumont Army Medical Center complex at Fort Bliss is almost two years behind schedule and at least $22 million over the original contract award.

The $648 million contracted construction cost of the six-building hospital complex has swelled to about $670 million, and will likely grow, Brad Hartell, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' construction manager for the project, said during a recent tour of the construction site.

The 1.1-million-square-foot medical complex, located on 270 acres of Fort Bliss land at Spur 601 and Loop 375 in East El Paso, was slated to open in 2017. But delays have pushed the move-in date to July 2019.
