Yeah they are still closed. And there are the big orange plastic bollards blocking access at the NW and SE corner of the intersection. They are completely covered in graffiti and filth and used as a cupholder and backrest for panhandlers. This intersection is a disaster zone. Open the f'ing sidewalk already BLENFEST.
