It's nice to see investment in what's kind of a crummy area along the light rail, but this style of building and development is getting pretty tired IMO.
They sure aren't wasting any time though. Close in May and immediately start demolition.

Hi I'm new but was curious as to a possible target date to raze the structure? I live nearby and do have issues with the vagrants in and around the area (most are ok, just need somewhere to go but a few are out to cause trouble unfortunately). I can't find anything later than a vague July 2020 article.
