Maybe if it gets a "central" cluster of buildings. Right now the new ones under construction and proposed are spread out.
But given the way Burlington's core is sprouting towers, I can't see that happening for a long time, if ever.
If anything, I think whatever gets built at Eastgate Square and along Centennial Parkway may be the most impactful in terms of a skyline for that part of town (and some of it will be within the pre-amalgamation boundary of the old City of Hamilton)
