About that...
Downsized with a new design. (Not sure whether its a city complication or a developer complication).
There are 371 Multifamily Units, 5,822 SF commercial space, and 37 floors.
*371 Parking Spaces
*397 FT, 394 when accounting sidewalk height.
New Title:
FORT LAUDERDALE | 11 North Andrews Avenue | 397 FT | 37 FLOORS
Same architect and developer from the previous proposal.
There's good news. Apparently this project was resubmitted in (May?) with a far shorter design of this tower shown here, below 300FT. I guess it slipped past us. However, this proposal attempts to increase the height and save some density.
