Thats a bit of an exagerration.

Most towers in Toronto use cheap window wall with back painted spandrel criss crossed by clashing aluminum mullions.

This tower employs a nice curtainwall system and the podium is more creative and inviting than the typical flat wall of glass

The only issue with this tower, in my opinion, is the awkward balcony scheme.
