I just got home from spending a week on the Wasatch Front. It was the first time I'd been there for several years. Downtown "felt" much more like a city than it did the last time I was there. I liked it. I saw the new state flag flying - I like it; far better than the old boring one. SLC proper, though, needs to put some money into street repair in its central core and the forest of bill boards along I-15 needs to be clear cut. Question: what are all the tower cranes for near the sewage treatment plant west of Beck Street near the Davis County line?
