The podium here is already 4 storeys which casts a shadow on King William Street and the existing orientation of the towers, especially the north tower, casts a shadow on the street for the majority of the day. Extending the towers an additional 10-20 storeys would likely not cause any additional impacts on King William. Is there really a difference in shadows of a 30-storey vs. 50-storey tower on the immediate adjacent street if the floor-plate size is the same?
