I assume 2 the 4 are Steepleview, and the one by the Garrison behind St. John the Baptist. IIRC Steepleview is 50 affordable and the Broadview/Carmarthen is 40 affordable, so maybe the others aren't that big. No market component to either.
Is there something over north I'm forgetting about? Or am I mistaken?
On another note, I'm genuinely surprised to see the Aquarius development happening... like, at all, but let alone before anything uptown has gotten going.

Newport Cres maybe? In regards to AQ, there is a huge demand for higher end apartments on west side. Some west siders would never consider going across the bridge. “Once a west sider, always a west sider” is the expression. The guy doing the multi units off of Church Ave - they are spoken for before construction even starts.
